2010 Will Be a Great Year!
1. RESPA revisions effective Jan. 1 are extensive. The old “HUD Closing Cost” booklet was 18 pages.
The new booklet is 49 pages. I have attached a copy of the new booklet for your reading enjoyment.
2. The new GFE does not show the Borrower cash required to close. It itemizes all closing costs for cost comparison with other lenders. We have a new form, Funds Needed for Closing, that I will be showing you later this week.
